Faith, thanks for allowing us to participate in your mission by praying for your team! Terry, thanks for this blogspot! V-Team, God will bless you as you keep your eyes on Jesus! We are looking forward to seeing all the Lord will do through you for the Venezuelans and in you for your obedience to follow Him to the "ends of the earth."

Today we are praying for you to have God's WORDS and WISDOM. "Called to live and voice the gospel... remember that God is yet the giver of words and wisdom.... Paul asks, "Pray also for me, that whenever I open my mouth, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel" (Ephesians 6:19).... "Remain in me," said Jesus to the disciples before he went to the Cross, "and let my words remain in you." God who speaks and who asks us to speak has given us the words of his mouth, the assurance that our prayers are heard, and the promise of the Spirit to help us in our weakness and in our fears." (from today's devotional @ www.rzim.org)

Sunday night at around 10:21 PM CST, we felt a real urge to pray for the team. Don't know what was going on but know that whatever was going on, you were surrounded by prayer. We love all of you and pray for a safe, secure trip.

Venezuela Partners & Friends
I am having to use the comments section because I cannot read Spanish to get into the system.
All is going well. We and our luggage made it all the way through and so far, nobody is sick (tired but not sick). Sunday we had services at the church and then went out visiting in the afternoon. We saw 14 people saved Sunday and 4 so far today (monday). VBS went greater Sunday afternnon with about 50 kids coming; expecting more than that this afternoon. Our translaters are doing a great job and we are relying on them heavily. Please pray for them to be able to hold up under the pressure of everybody wanting to use them; they don´t get to rest very often.
We love you all and look forward to reporting more later.
Terry and the team

Dear Michael, Kevin, Daniel, and everyone else who is praying for us:

Thank you for your prayers. I´m not sure if the commentary I just wrote was done correctly, so I will write just a quick note.

I am glad to be here, and I will be glad to tell you all about the trip when I get home.

We have made many new friends and they send their greetings.

God bless, and lots of love,
Faith

Thanks again for praying. We are now in Valencia, getting packed up and ready to go to bed early so that we can leave for the airport at 2:30 a.m. We left San Felipe at 6:00 this morning (accompanied by several of the Christians who wanted to spend a little more time with us and say goodbye), stopped at the beach for a little while, stopped at a little restaurant for empanadas (kind of like a fried pie with cheese, chicken, fish, or beef inside) for everyone, and then arrived at our hotel in Valencia at maybe 10:00 a.m. We said goodbye for a while, rested a little, and then walked around near here, ate at Wendy´s,bought a few snacks, and now are about ready to go to bed early. We have been asked several times to continue to pray for the followup work and for the continued work of the churches. Thanks again for your part in this trip.
